Open visualizer →Why Choose the Vista 70 Series Fixed Window?
Frame the view. Flood the room. The Vista 70 Series turns an ordinary wall into a living picture — a slim 65 mm frame face and a fixed, non-operable sash strip away the hardware entirely, leaving nothing between you and the outdoors but glass. Order it as a standalone picture window, or combine it with operable Sashway units across an elevation for one continuous ribbon of light.
- Slim 65 mm frame face keeps the glass area — and the view — wide open
- Zero moving parts: nothing to adjust, lubricate, or wear out
- Double insulated tempered Low-E glass insulates against heat, cold, and noise
- Thermal-break aluminum stands up to harsh sun and driving rain

01
Slim 65 mm Frame Face
A narrow 2.6" frame face maximizes the glass-to-frame ratio, pulling the view to the foreground and the window itself out of sight. Clean mitered corners and a flat, modern profile suit contemporary architecture inside and out.
02
Fixed, Non-Operable Design
No handles, no hinges, no cranks — and nothing to fail. The permanently sealed sash is our most weather-tight and most secure configuration. Simply wipe and go.
03
Thermal-Break Construction
2.0 mm aluminum profiles with 14.8 mm polyamide insulation strips interrupt the thermal bridge, cutting heat transfer and eliminating condensation at the frame.
04
Weathertight Sealing System
Multi-layer silicone-sealed weatherstrips and EPDM gaskets work together for quiet, weathertight performance in driving rain and high winds.
05
Energy-Smart Glass Packages
Double insulated tempered Low-E2 glass comes standard. Upgrade to Low-E4 for extreme sun, triple-pane for cold climates, or laminated for security and acoustic comfort.
06
Built to Order
Every Vista is made to your project's exact size, glass package, and finish — from a compact 12" x 24" accent window to a full 72" x 96" glass wall.
System details
Details in the frame
01Glazing bead & glass pocket
A secure 44 mm glazing pocket with snap-in bead retains the insulated glass unit; interior glazing keeps the exterior face perfectly clean.
02Precision mitered corners
CNC-cut 45° frame corners with concealed joinery — a seamless, shadow-line finish from every angle.
03Flush sill profile
A low-profile sill sheds water to the exterior while keeping the interior line minimal; flush-mount and jamb-only details available on request.
04Combination-ready jambs
Mullion profiles engineered to mull side-by-side with Sashway operable windows and doors in a matching finish — fixed units carry the view, operable units bring the breeze.

Frequently asked questions
No — it is a fixed, non-operable picture window. That is exactly what makes it our most weather-tight, most secure, and lowest-maintenance unit. Pair it with a Sashway awning, casement, or sliding window in the same finish for ventilation.
Every Vista is built to order. Standard widths run 12" to 72" and heights 24" to 96"; the reference unit is 32" x 80" (813 x 2032 mm). Larger sizes and multi-unit combinations are available on request.
Yes. Double insulated tempered Low-E2 glass with 90% argon fill comes standard, reflecting infrared heat in summer and trapping warmth in winter. Upgrade to Low-E4 for intense-sun climates or triple-pane for cold regions.
Almost nothing to do: clean the glass with mild soapy water, avoid abrasive pads on the powder-coat finish, and rinse the sill drainage channels occasionally. With zero moving parts, there is no hardware to lubricate or adjust — ever.
Absolutely. Vista 70 Series units mull side-by-side with Sashway operable windows and doors in a matching finish, creating one continuous ribbon of glass across an elevation — fixed panels carry the view, operable panels bring the breeze.
