Sashway Windows & Doors

Privacy policy

Last updated October 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Sashway Windows & Doors ("Sashway," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit sashway.com, use our online shop, contact us, or interact with our tools.

We sell windows, doors, and related products to homeowners, remodelers, builders, and trade partners. We collect only what we need to respond to inquiries, process orders, operate the website, and improve our services.

This policy works together with our Terms & Conditions of Sale for purchases. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the website.

Who we are

Sashway Windows & Doors is based in Phoenix, Arizona. Our showroom address is 920 E. Madison St #150, Phoenix, AZ 85034. For privacy questions, email privacy@sashway.com.

Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us. We may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Contact and identity information you provide, such as name, email address, phone number, company name, project details, and messages submitted through our contact, quote, or appointment forms.
  • Order and checkout information, such as delivery address, billing details, cart contents, order history, and payment status. Payment card numbers are collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Account information if you create a trade portal or customer login, including email address and authentication records managed through Firebase Authentication.
  • Product chat messages and optional contact details you share when using our on-site product assistant.
  • Visualizer uploads, including house photos, marked areas, selected catalog products, and generated preview images when you use the visualizer tool.
  • Communications with our team by phone, email, or text when you contact us for quotes, support, or scheduling.
  • Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and campaign parameters (for example UTM tags or ad click identifiers) when optional analytics or advertising cookies are enabled.
  • Cookie and consent choices stored in your browser so we can honor your preferences.

How we use information

We use personal information for legitimate business purposes, including to:

  • Respond to contact, quote, and appointment requests and route them to the right specialist.
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, and order confirmations; fulfill and deliver products; and provide post-sale support.
  • Operate checkout, payment processing, shipping quotes, tax calculation, and order tracking.
  • Authenticate staff and customer accounts and protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Run optional analytics to understand site traffic and improve catalog content, when you allow Statistics cookies.
  • Measure advertising performance and personalize ads through Google tags, when you allow Marketing cookies.
  • Operate the product chat assistant and visualizer, including automated processing of your messages and uploaded photos.
  • Send transactional emails and staff notifications related to leads, orders, and invoices.
  • Comply with law, enforce our terms, and resolve disputes.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies. Some are strictly necessary for the shop to function. Others run only if you opt in through our cookie banner or Cookie settings control.

Necessary storage includes your shopping cart, your saved cookie choice, staff sign-in state, a product chat session cookie (set only after you send a chat message), and a visualizer guest session cookie (set only after you use the visualizer). These stay enabled because the site cannot work without them.

Optional Statistics cookies include Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager and a first-party record of this visit's campaign source for the browser session. Optional Marketing cookies include Google ad measurement and ad personalization tags. We load optional tags only after you grant consent.

You can change or withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings below or through your browser controls. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already occurred.

AI-powered features

Our product chat assistant sends your questions and relevant catalog context to a third-party language model provider to generate replies. Chat transcripts may be stored so you can continue a conversation in the same browser session.

Our visualizer lets you upload a photo of your home to preview selected products using automated image processing. Uploads are stored securely in Google Cloud Storage for processing. House photos are typically deleted after about 7 days and generated previews after about 30 days, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, or operational reasons. Visualizer results are conceptual only and are not engineering drawings.

Do not upload images you do not have the right to share, or photos that contain personal information about neighbors or bystanders you cannot publish.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers that help us operate the website and business, including Google Firebase and Google Cloud (hosting, database, storage, authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend and email delivery partners (transactional email), Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (optional analytics), Google Ads (optional advertising measurement), Meta (optional conversion measurement when configured), and AI providers that power chat and visualizer features.
  • Carriers, freight brokers, and suppliers when needed to quote shipping, fulfill orders, or handle delivery issues.
  • Professional advisors, insurers, or authorities when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy or a successor notice.

Service providers are authorized to use personal information only to perform services for us and must protect it consistent with applicable law and contract.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties except as described in the Text messaging (SMS) section below.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from Sashway Windows & Doors, we may send SMS messages related to quotes, orders, appointments, delivery updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We collect your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, and the content of messages you send to us or that we send to you as part of these communications.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

You can opt out of marketing or promotional texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. After you opt out, we may still send transactional messages related to an active order or service request where permitted by law. Contact privacy@sashway.com if you need help managing SMS preferences.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law or legitimate business need.

  • Lead and contact records are kept while we are actively working with you and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up, quoting, and legal compliance.
  • Order, invoice, and payment records are kept for accounting, tax, warranty, and dispute purposes.
  • Visualizer uploads and generated previews follow the retention periods described above.
  • Server logs and security records are kept for a limited period to monitor abuse and troubleshoot issues.
  • Cookie choices remain in your browser until you clear them or change your selection.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls for staff systems, and payment processing through PCI-aware providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing.

  • Cookie choices: use Cookie settings on this page or the cookie banner to allow or deny optional analytics and advertising cookies.
